I don’t judge. I care. I get it. Fitness isn’t always fun. Gyms can be intimidating, you are busy as hell, training with a trainer can seem daunting and if you’re like most people, you’ve tried countless workout routines and diets and nothing has brought you the results you really want! Frustrating, right? I happen to have a great group of people, just like you. The best. There is nothing about you or your health that I don’t understand and aren’t expertly equipped to help with.   • REPs Active IQ Level 3 in Personal Training
  • Gym-based Boxing (I guess when you’re young, you can be anything you wanna choose, I wanted to be Rocky!)
  • Sports Nutrition (What can I say, I love cooking!)
  • First Aid (not that you’ll be needing it)

Educating and guiding clients about the correct and safest way to lose weight through nutrition, exercise and lifestyle choice.
