Our brand-new signature City Mum fitness classes will have you back in pre-pregnancy shape in no time! A workout that hits this body parts that you want to tone and strengthen back up, in a full body functional fitness session. The best part? You can bring your little one along with you while you work out, so no childcare required. Pop your buggy’s around the room and you’ll always be within ear shot if your little ones need you. Here at Citycise we are a club with a huge fitness and social calendar, enjoy being part of our fitness family, Mummy and baby coffee club, at our Cityfit Health Hut.
