A great post-pregnancy workout that leaves you feeling refreshed and energised. We’ll get you in better shape than you had before pre-pregnancy.

Our brand-new signature City Mums fitness classes will have you back in pre-pregnancy shape in no time! A workout that hits the body parts that you want to tone and strengthen back up, in a full body functional fitness session.

We understand that being a mum is a full-time job

The best part? You can bring your little one along with you while you workout, so no childcare required. Pop your buggies around the room and you’ll always be within earshot if your little ones need you. It’ll also be a great opportunity to meet with other mums in your local area, to connect and support each other.
