I have been lucky enough to grow up playing rugby, eventually turning it into my professional career in 2008. I’ve Played in over 8 Six Nations and have been part of the crowned Grand Slam Winners for 7 years in a row. In 2013 I switched from England XV’s to the England Sevens Program and played on the Sevens World Circuit for a further 5 Years. I have seen and experienced a vast amount of the world whilst training and playing a sport I love. I have now hung up my international boots up to focus on my other career – giving back to the community.
I have been privileged enough to learn and develop my training as a professional athlete for the past 10 years, while enjoying an incredible career within English Rugby. I began my professional career at a very young age and will continue to grow my personal career with the aid of the RFU and RPA.
I have always had a passion for fitness and am excited to be able to carry this on as my career, taking it to new levels. Having achieved a Cross Fit qualification, Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Sport and Exercise Fitness qualification and a Nutrition qualification , I can now teach and train others professionally.
With over 100 international caps for England, I have a strong ethos of group training while maintaining a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. I strive to share what I have been fortunate enough to experience in my athletic career and along with my newly aquired in-depth training knowledge my goal is to get people excited about exercise – showing them that there are more benefits to fitness than just looking and feeling great.
