What Is City Lift?

We are taking high-performance athletic training to the next level. With our Strength & Conditioning and technical weightlifting class City Lift. Olympic Weightlifting is one of the best ways to build full body strength and functionality.

What Exercises Does The Class Consist Of?

1 hour of dedicated strength training that’s broken down into upper body and lower body exercises.

Involving compound movements including deadlifts, squats, snatch, clean and jerk and many more.

With no other areas of conditioning or cardio taking place in this class, it’s a pure homage to powerful and heavy lifting.

Olympic Weightlifting Fit For All Levels

Our class has been designed by pro trainer, Netani Talei our head of training and Fijian international rugby player.

After learning and training with the world famous Olympic weightlifter Dmitry Klokov, Netani now brings his knowledge to our new class.
