Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
We have a lovely light and airy studio overlooking lush green fields. Sunset Pilates with our views is especially magical.
In beautiful warm weather we may take our pilates classes outside to be amongst nature.
Pilates is for everyone of all abilities and age levels , from Olympic athletes to mums and everyone in between. Pilates is also a great complimentary movement practice for any athlete or sports person whose muscles can get too tight from overtraining and needs to stay mobile for their sport.
