Polo fit is a strength and conditioning class. We use functional fitness training to improve your body and get you riding or playing polo at your best. We look at the areas of the body you need to strengthen and work on those. We also look at “prehab”.
Prehab is a personalized exercise program that continually evolves. It provides sports specific focused exercises and activities for your needs. The philosophy is simple: prevent injuries.
