What is Prenatal Yoga?

During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for your baby-to -be. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to do both.

Build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, feel energised.  Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a relaxed, friendly environment with individual attention and support.

The classes focus on gentle postures, breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation. The aim is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving your physical and emotional wellbeing and helping you feel more confident and positive about birth.

Who’s It For?

Classes are small and suitable for all women, regardless of their fitness level. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we can offer ways to modify and enhance your practice so you get the most out of every class.

You can start coming to the classes any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
