I am Rachel Anne Hobbs, a Registered Health and Performance Dietitian.

I was voted as one of the World’s top 10 Personal Trainers and one of the only qualified health professionals that can assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public-health level

PHILOSOPHY

Body brains and beauty, We will share expertise in the fields of nutrition and exercise to support, coach and inspire individuals to achieve a fit body, lead a healthy lifestyle and have a positive self image.

Fitness has a sways been a huge part of my life, I have a long sporting background, representing my country as a gymnast, competing nationally in bodybuilding and winning the title of European Powerlifting Champion and breaking the British Powerlifting Records.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I provide bespoke personal exercise training, dietetic consultations, health and lifestyle coaching, nutrition and exercise plans to improve human performance and wellness.I specialise in the areas of performance nutrition and disordered eating; leading the British Army’s nutritional guidance and education in addition to providing performance services to a wide range of athletes from amateurs to professionals to Olympians. I was awarded my postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee in 2016. I am also a mum so I understand the demands of family life.
