Rugby Specific Training designed by International rugby players Netani Talei and Fran Matthews.

Whether you’re an amateur or a pro, our Rugby Fit class enables players to play better, be stronger and reduce the risk of injuries.

Strength, power, speed, agility, fitness and body size are all important attributes for the performance of a player and we work on all of these in this rugby specific strength and conditioning class for all levels.
