Strength, power, speed, agility, fitness and body size are all important attributes for the performance of a player and we work on all of these in this rugby specific strength and conditioning class for all levels.
Bring yourself and be ready to have a fun filled 45 minutes.
Bottled Water can be purchased from our Health Hut and we have free water that you can help yourself too.
We do recommend you bring a sweat towel.
