Introducing our mixed style City Yoga class for all abilities and age levels with the goal in mind to get your whole body moving again, putting your muscle and joints through a flow that’s gentle yet challenging and rewarding.
Adjustments and coaching are all part of the class and poses can be scaled up or down depending on injuries or obstacles. Classes may sometimes be themed such as helping members work on specific areas like their hips, shoulders, core strength or balance.
Yoga is a great complimentary movement practice for any athlete or sports person whose muscles can get too tight from overtraining and needs to stay mobile for their sport.
