Introducing our mixed style Yoga class with the goal in mind to get your whole body moving again and putting your muscle and joints through a flow that’s gentle yet challenging and rewarding.
Adjustments and coaching are all part of the class and poses can be scaled up or down depending on injuries or obstacles. Classes may sometimes be themed such as helping members work on specific areas like their hips, shoulders, core strength or balance.
It can also help build strength and confidence and provide a real sense of community within the class.
We have a lovely light and airy studio overlooking lush green fields. Sunset yoga with our views is especially magical.
In beautiful warm weather we may take our yoga classes outside to be amongst nature.
Yoga is for everyone of all abilities and age levels , from Olympic athletes to mums and everyone in between. Yoga is also a great complimentary movement practice for any athlete or sports person whose muscles can get too tight from overtraining and needs to stay mobile for their sport.
